Service as It Should Be

RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly refund or exchange any items within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure all items are unworn and all original packaging is returned along with the items. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings/pierced items. 

All costs for returns lie with the customer.. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage. Alternatively, you may also return your order to our store in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City

Please note: Tarnishing/discolouration due to chemical contact, perfume use, hand sanitiser, bleaching or heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. For information on how to care for your Lai jewellery pieces, please see our Jewellery Care Instructions.

International orders can be returned via any postal service, as long as it is a tracked service. Please also mark your package as 'returned goods" to avoid any additional charges. Please note: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please allow between 10-14 working days to receive your refund.
